- Preparing the ingredients of tempura
- Making tempura batter and fry tempura
- Cooking rice
- Making “dashi” soup stock to make tempura sauce and miso soup
- Tasting the cooked food
You do not have to clean up and wash up.
- 4 kinds of seasonal vegetables and prawn
If you are vegetarian or vegan, we will use tofu and soya beans instead of prawn.
If you need gluten free, we will use special gluten free batter.
