- Making Udon noodles from scratch with dancing on the dough!
- Preparing the ingredients of tempura
- Making tempura batter and fry tempura
- Making “dashi” soup broth to make tempura sauce and Udon soup

- 4-5 kinds of seasonal vegetables and prawn
If you are vegetarian or vegan, we will use tofu and soya beans instead of prawn.
If you need gluten free, we will use special gluten free batter.
