Making tempura at home is a little difficult even for Japanese house wives. The most important thing is making it crispy. I will tell you the technique using special ingredients for the batter and how to fry it.

This course takes about 3 hours, including..

  • Making Udon noodles from scratch with dancing on the dough!
  • Preparing the ingredients of tempura
  • Making tempura batter and fry tempura
  • Making “dashi” soup broth to make tempura sauce and Udon soup
  • Let’s enjoy the meal!

If you are vegetarian or vegan, we will use tofu and soya beans instead of prawn.

If you need gluten free,  we will use special gluten free batter.
