How to book your lesson

Step 1:

Decide the date and time to have a cooking lesson or an experience.
Please if possible give me two different options to make it easier to fit you in.

Step 2:

Decide which kind of Japanese cooking you would like to practice.
Choose one of the food options from the list, and go to the detail page. The link of the booking request form is below.

Step 3:

Use the booking request form for cooking lessons or the booking request form for kimono experience, the booking request form for hot spring experience, the booking request form for booze tasting to send me your request.

If you would like to take both a cooking lesson and an other experience, please send both forms or write a messege in the messege box of the booking form.

I will send you an email confirming the date and time of our lesson.
I will do my best to accommodate your first preference.

Step 4:

After we have decided the date and time of our lesson, I will send you a bill by e-mail via PayPal.
You can make the payment by credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

 Step 5:

I will send you a message confirming that I have received payment, and then we are ready to go.

Step 6:

On the day of the lesson, please take the train to Ninomiya station on the JR Tokaido line. Access details are here.
I will meet you there in my car and drive you to the house — it is just a 5-minute drive — where we will have the lesson, followed by the meal!
After the meal, I will drive you back to the station.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your lesson, please let us know using the cancellation form as soon as possible.

7 days prior to the booked date: Full refund

  • If you send us the cancellation form by 12 midnight Japan Standard Time, 7 days prior to your lesson day, we will send you a full refund.

 6 days to 2 days prior to the booked date: 50% refund

  • If you send us the cancellation form by 12 midnight Japan Standard Time, 2 days prior to your lesson day, we will send you a half refund.

1 day prior to the booked date: No refund

No show: No refund
